The role of Administrative Assistant will assist with the day-to-day aspects of the Company’s Water Systems program by performing administrative functions, including opening mail, writing letters, data entry, completing invoicing in SAGE and sending out renewal notices and correspondence. Duties also include maintaining electronic files, following up on collections, issuing certificates, closing files accurately and providing customer service regarding invoices, application materials, and certificates, plus other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma and relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Office business machines and software
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient oral and written communication
- Ability to accept direction, coaching, and mentoring
- Ability to prepare consistent, accurate, and professional work
- Able to accept direction, coaching, and mentoring from supervisor and perform duties thoroughly, as requested , in reasonable amount of time.
