The role of Technical Project Manager – Water Systems will work with and mentor current and potential clients through a certification process as well as facilitate internal responsibilities associated with moving projects through the Company’s business units. Duties also include managing multiple projects at same time, acting as a point of contact for customers, setting up files, reviewing projects, completing product bracketing and calcualtions for certification and the lab, conducting training for other staff members, conducting engineering reviews on certification files, plus other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· 3 years in the water treatment industry
· Industry knowledge of water softeners and water filters (RO preferred)
· WQA Certified Water Specialist preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
· Excellent customer service
· Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/projects independently and with little supervision
· Excellent spoken and written English
